AI and Use Contract
Design Usage, AI, and Proof Protection Agreement
All design concepts, proofs, drafts, and final artwork created by the Designer remain the intellectual property of the Designer until full payment has been received and final approved files have been delivered.
Proofs, previews, mockups, and concept files are provided solely for review and approval purposes. Clients may not reproduce, recreate, alter, trace, or distribute any proof or unfinished design in any form.
The Client agrees not to upload, submit, or process any design concepts, proofs, or final artwork through artificial intelligence (AI) tools, automated design generators, or third-party software for the purpose of modifying, recreating, extracting assets, or generating derivative works without written permission from the Designer.
The Client further agrees not to hire, request, or permit another designer, individual, or service to recreate, replicate, edit, or rebuild any unpaid concept, draft, or proof provided during the design process. Unauthorized reproduction or reconstruction of design work constitutes a violation of copyright and intellectual property rights.
Only the finalized designs included in the purchased package and delivered upon full payment are licensed for use by the Client. Any additional edits, alternate versions, or modifications must be completed by the Designer under a separate agreement or revision request.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of design services and revocation of usage rights.
Revision Policy
Each design package includes two rounds of revisions after the initial proof is delivered. A revision round includes minor adjustments such as text edits, color tweaks, layout refinements, or small element changes.
Requests for revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the proof and should be provided in a single, consolidated message to ensure efficiency.
If additional revisions are requested beyond the two included rounds, they will be billed at $25–$50 per revision round depending on the scope of changes.
Major design changes that significantly alter the concept, style, or direction of the design (such as requesting a completely new design concept) will be treated as a new design request and quoted separately. This is rare and only done when the original concept given to the designer is an entirely different
Once final approval is given and files are delivered, any further edits will be treated as a new revision and billed accordingly.
